Wheel Spinner (wheelspinnerhub.net) is a free tool that runs in your browser. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your data when you use it.

No accounts

There is no sign-up or login. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the wheel.

What is stored, and where

To remember your settings between visits, the site saves the following in your own browser's localStorage:

This data stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. You can clear your spin history with the Clear history button, and remove all of it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Your entries are not sent to a server

Spinning, picking a winner and saving wheels all happen in your browser. The tool does not upload the names or other entries you type. If you use the Share button, your wheel is encoded in the part of the link after the #; browsers do not send that part to the server when the link is opened, but anyone you share the link with can see the wheel's contents.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process and log standard request data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, for security, reliability and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We may add analytics or ads in the future to help keep the site free. If we do, we will update this policy before or when that change takes effect and describe what is collected.

Children

The tool does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes and questions

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If you have a question about privacy, please use our Contact page.
